The following patch should be applied after the previous one. It cleans up the wpa-supplicant discussion and moves it from the OPTIONS section to the DESCRIPTION.
I'm not sure if I have broken the customizations made by the upstream Makefile; I believe it tries to do an in-place replacement of the proper path to wifi-radar.conf in the manual pages (too).
