Public bug reported: Binary package hint: network-manager
When I wake my computer up from standby mode, network manager says that the network cable is disconnected. Also, the LED on both my network card and my LAN hub is off. Reconnecting the cable doesn't change anything. A `sudo /etc/init.d/network-manager restart` immediately fixes the issue.
