Hi! I now understand what you are talking about, but this new request is a wontfix. The initial problem was clearly an issue when not enough space was allocated for locale-dependent dates. Now, however, you get what strftime gives you. We can't interfere with this for each and every language. If you want perfect alignment, adjust your masks for strftime.
