I'm still getting regular "facebook error 4 - application request limit
reached" errors. In fact, it happens more often than not, and I only
very occasionally get new facebook messages. Usually they arrive so late
that I don't even get to see them at all, because there are so many
newer twitter messages on the screen already that the (old, by now)
facebook messages get pushed off the screen the moment they are added.
It's been almost a month since this new version, which supposedly would
fix the problem once everybody was using it, was released. Surely by now
almost everybody is using it, and yet the problem persists. I think the
time has come to acknowledge that the fix was not enough and more needs
to be done to get Gwibber working.
