Public bug reported: Binary package hint: avidemux
The current version of avidemux in Ubuntu fails to build due to unfound Xvid libraries at configure stage. In turn, this causes the following error, because libADM_vidEnc_xvid.so is hard-specified in debian/control: cp: cannot stat `debian/tmp/usr/lib/ADM_plugins/videoEncoder/libADM_vidEnc_xvid.so': No such file or directory dh_install: cp -a debian/tmp/usr/lib/ADM_plugins/videoEncoder/libADM_vidEnc_xvid.so debian/avidemux-plugins-common//usr/lib/ADM_plugins/videoEncoder/ returned exit code 1 make: *** [install] Error 2 Although xvid libraries are in build-dependencies, the cmake macro in cmake/admCheckXvid.cmake fails to detect them properly. ** Affects: avidemux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- FTBFS on all architectures (maverick) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/614896 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
