becouse its not implemented and that its written that it doesnt work doesnt make it solved and doesnt means it wont be fixed. thats still a bug that needs to be fixed this wasnt bug about "its written wrong in xfce website" to also to mark it invalid since that isnt true. this is about cant multiple file location change in desktop
