I'm getting this also but on debian squeeze. I'm also running intel video but the latest 2.12. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to replicate it. Happens using XV output playing AVC files. Play a few video files consisting of MPEG4 and AVC and I get a dim/dark video every so often. It is either one of two:
dark (brightness listed as 0) or dark (brightness listed as -1) Changing the brightness in the menu fixes the problem. After playing a few videos, the same video will go dark again. -- Video output dims on file change https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/500413 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
