Thanks for reporting this bug! For some reason this model is labeled "iMic" instead of "Int Mic", so PulseAudio does not pick it up as a microphone input. I've sent a report upstream, and assuming it is merged, you should have a fixed version in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/InstallingLinuxAlsaDriverModules in a few days from now.
