Ok, I guess this is too hard task for the kernel team. I'll boot another OS to use the tuner. This is just an example about how hard it is to buy hardware to Ubuntu box (or to any other Linux box). I had tested a tuner that had exactly same marketing name, and it works flawlessly in Ubuntu, but this newer tuner of mine has different hardware inside anyway.
