Hey,
your issue is not about the "bughelper" project, which is a set of scripts to
make bugtriaging in ubuntu easier.
As your issue is about "Ubuntu", I'm marking this bug as Invalid for bughelper
an adding a new ubuntu task.
But: In order to be able to verify if this is a real bug, or some kind of issue
with your configuration we need more information: please be more verbose, what
exactly is the problem about, do you have some output in dmesg after pressing
the function keys? do the other function keys work as expected? etc.
