Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

I tried to do an update with an installer (not live) CD. I ran apt-CD
and ran the updater. It first failed because of an MD5 mismatch. I had a
look at sudo aptitude dist-upgrade, and there were a lot of broken
dependencies. I did not run dist-upgrade.

I then reran the upgrade tool without the CD. It detected that the CD
was not in, and continued.

It then crashed. See below.

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/tmp/kde-root/adept_updaterZQDb1a.tmp-extract/DistUpgradeViewKDE.py",
line 111, in mediaChange
change = QMessageBox.question(self.window_main, _("Media Change"), msg,
QMessageBox.Ok, QMessageBox.Cancel)
AttributeError: 'KDEFetchProgressAdapter' object has no attribute 'window_main'
