"is this reproducible with the eclipse package distributed in Lucid?" Sorry, I've already formated the computer, and the problem was fixed. I don't know if the eclipse from the repo was good. But what I can tell you is that I had installed SUN JDK from the repo instead of the openjdk, and all application were having this kind of problem.
