I get the same error on x86-64 but I think it is triggered differently Different is that the last sysfile is: /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/topology/physical_package_id
Also my case is not IO intensive. I'm just starting IMB with OpenMPI. And it happens 2/3x I start it. Thus very reproducible. Thus it must be related to something IMB/OpenMPI is doing. The following is the part of the stacktrace I was able to capture with rsyslog network logging. The first part somehow doesn't get send by rsyslog. (Is there a better way to get the stack trace if one doesn't have a serial port) So it seems to be triggered different but since it is the same message and the same stack trace I attached it to the same bug instead of opening a new one.
