I had this problem - able to add Twitter and Indenti.ca accounts, but no add button after authorizing facebook. Several attempts. Gwibber is authenticated on my other computer fine.
I changed the theme (In gwibber, Edit->Preferences->Style->Theme) to default and tried again.
