After following indications in the second commentary #2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/599434/comments/2 I could restore my WiFi connection. I'd like to say too, that this issue was not in Ubuntu 9.04 nor 9.10 versions. Special thanks to Fabián Rodríguez. He guided and helped me through the entire process.
