Loma doesn't provide accented Latin characters. So, it's up to applications how they handle the missing glyphs. Web browsers and OO.o take the glyphs from other fonts, while, according to your report, Winforms/Mono apps don't. That may explains. OK, as the workaround is valid, I'll apply it upstream.
