Binary package hint: ubuntustudio-controls
I upgraded from 9.04 -> 9.10-> Ubuntu 10.04, then built UbuStu. I
attempted to use Trulan's & Allessio's guidance but do not know how to
implement their PPAs; so, I believe I have the low latency general
kernel. Since the UbuStu build, I lost sound, which I had toggled up
through 9.04 & 9.10 till it worked. Oh yes, my OS comes up as Kubuntu,
then has the UbuStu icon on the start page. Am UbuStu noob; have never
produced videos or multimedia but have a proposal [from
Dialoguemakers.org] for making an international renown UbuStu
application of this multimedia methodology; nor have I turned my ideas
or proposals to YouTube presentations, nor learned how to cut, splice,
merge old and new, etc. Am not sure the tag "binary kernel deficiency,
or apport-bug amd64 lucid" applies, but surely more tags should
accompany the bug(s) I ignore as I do what I must do,,, make written
reports for dialoguemakers.org; sapeap.org & amiu.edu.
plus, though I'm an UbuStu noob, I'd like to know on launchpad how to
crank in my Key fingerprint and give you my email address <
koy...@gmail.com> so I may be contacted to get that done. At age 71, I
tend to forget to do something I began two or three days or a week ago.

it would be nice to hear my first Sound since I built and did work arounds;
reported bugs and sought solutions since early April 2010.
