Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox
On starting up Firefox in the morning, with say 15-20 tabs in the session, sometimes - more frequently lately - the package freezes, the loading symbols freeze on each tab, and nothing further occurs unless firefox is closed and restarted. This morning it took 4 goes to get it working. This has only started happening in the last couple of versions. Previously I was able to load up to 50 tabs without problems (when tabkit still worked). It doesn't seem to matter whether I have more than 1 window open (i generally run radio 4 in a separate window).
