Expected behaviour:
Other Software - tab view lists ppas in alphabetical order.
software-properties-gtk is now the only place on the system where ppas
are consolidated. This problem has been around since jaunty/karmic and
is caused by there being two methods by which ppas are entered into the
system. The old method is via the software sources and the new method is
via the add-apt.
Other Software view currently lists half the ppas added via the new
method in alphabetical order and the rest are juggled up.
