Change to ibus-chewing. The module needs to register itself to ibus in
gconf, however this should probably be only done on single-user
installations. On multi-user installations, we wouldn't know if all
users want to use the IM or prefer different settings.
This issue also affects all other single IM modules for ibus, should we
add them all as tasks to this bug?
