Public bug reported:
For some reason, the laptop seems to freeze completely when trying to resume
from Standby mode.
I'm not sure why this happens yet, because it works perfectly most of the time.
I think it happens because I either remove USB devices or the PCMCIA
card in my laptop when it is in standby mode. I will do some research to
know exactly what causes it and I'll report again soon.
I have a good hunch it's the PCMCIA card (there's a D-Link Airplus /
DWL-G650 in the PCMCIA slot; Atheros chipset)
The laptop itself is an IBM Thinkpad T40
