I'm skittish about this UVFe despite only amule being affected in the Ubuntu repository. Apparently this newer wxwidgets2.8 doesn't help resolve bug 68792 or bug 81980. If one can demonstrate a compelling reason (i.e., fixes X & Y bugs), we can consider a later UVFe [for a later wxwidgets2.8 source package].
