If I remove the ntp package, then the date/time edit window installs the
NTP package again when I select the internet syncing option, but it
doesn't seem to work, because the setting just jumps back to "manual"
and when I try to set it to internet syncing, it asks me to install the
ntp package again... but this time it doesn't install anything anymore,
the same problem as before...

Note that I am using Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty Fawn) beta
