(Sorry for the terse comment before -- I was on vacation...) Looking at the commit log since the last release, it looks like there are a variety of other fixes that are all probably of interest (they were backported, after all). I am a little surprised we haven't made another release, to be honest. Tomorrow .70 will be three weeks old. I expect that there must be some issue discovered in testing that has been preventing the release, but I can't imagine what; I see some of the changes are related to the internal Flash plugin...
