** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: evolution

  After the latest update from Evolution to 2.28.3 I cant write mails to
  users with Umlauts in her names. For example:

  What was working:

  Dr. Mike Müller<m...@foo.org> -> cc: to: -> m...@foo.org

  Now I get:

  Dr. Mike <"ühlller mike"@foo.org>

  the, the MTA says, user unknow ...

  this happens in wiriting new mail and reply.

+ TESTCASE:
+ * compose an email
+ * write "One. Bug Email <b...@localhost>" in the to entry
+ * send the email
+ * go to the send directory
+ * check the email source
+ -> The email should contain the sender name and address, NOT "To: "One.BugE"
<"mail bug"@localhost>"
