OK, sorry for posting so fast. Just crashing with linux-2.6.32-22. The difference here is, that eclipse crashes, when I'm attached to the internet. If I unplug my laptop from the net, eclipse start just fine.
It seems like a memory corruption introduced by any of the native modules, at my part I sometimes crash in the native parts of java.util.zip.ZipFile and sometimes I don't even get a hs_err_pid*.log report... However, I will attach my crash reports.
