I tested with Debian-Squeeze-amd64 and kernel 2.6.32-5 on same hardware: precisely the same. Suspends and resumes once, with all hardware working correctly. Second suspend just frezzes system, power 15 watts up, cannot ssh into the system, only hard RESET helps.
