Thank you for your bug report. The default desktop profile is made for standalone desktop users and allows you to do things like changing time or formating removable devices, doesn't seem a security issues, you can uninstall policykit-desktop-privileges or tweak the policykit configuration for your need if you disagree with those choices but most users want to be allowed to do those
