Binary package hint: ipe
Ipe does not seem to be able to parse its own config files when run
under with LANG=en_DK.UTF-8, which uses a "," as desimal seperator
instead of a ".". This leads to a host of trouble including arrowheads
having with 0. Everything works well with LANG="C"
