Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gcc-4.4

Hi

When creating a cross-compiler, retrying the build will fail on creation of
debian/$(p_lib)-deps since it already exists:
mkdir debian/$(p_lib)-deps
(from debian/rules.d/binary-libstdcxx-cross.mk)

I'm not sure how to clean this properly in clean:, so instead I will
propose a patch to clean it up after use (and remove it before creation
as well, in case the build breaks at this point).

Bye
