I have the same problem Compaq/HP NC6400. - Suspend and Hibernate all worked fine in 9.10 - Upgrade to 10.04 - I can manually select shutdown or hibernate and both work fine - Upgrade to 10.04 - when I close lid nothing happens, system remains in powered up state
