Back to purposefully breaking the upgrade tool again... This time I had to turn off my wireless after 80% accomplished.....12+ hours into the download. My wife needed bandwidth to do her college stuff--so this was a real-world test. The wireless was off for 8+ hours. When I returned to the tool, it gave me an error message that stated it failed to retrieve all of the packages. After I acknowledged the error, it restored all of the previous Adept settings. I restarted the wireless, reopened Adept, and fetched. The upgrade tool restarted, downloaded the headers, and resumed package download at roughly the point I had disabled my wireless. So far I am very pleased with this.
