The error was
dpkg : erreur de traitement de
/var/cache/apt/archives/sudo_1.7.2p1-1ubuntu5_amd64.deb (--unpack) :
unable to open '/usr/bin/sudoedit.dpkg-new': Fichier texte occupé
I think this was a system specific error and since I've seen no duplicates and
it's not reproducible I'm closing this report.
Don't hesitate to reopen if this error happens again.
