Confirmed in Jaunty -> Lucid upgrade with Firefox 3.6.5pre. Right- clicking, left-clicking, middle-clicking, whatever on a PDF link saves the file. I've set "application/PDF" action under Applications to "Use Adobe Reader 9 (default)" and to "/usr/bin/acroread" specifically. Neither work. This was not a problem in Karmic with 3.5.9 (I think).
