https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/562565/comments/10 and
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/562565/comments/11 (paul and Ryan
Waldroop's posts on this thread) have improved this bug for me quite a
bit. Now I only have to reboot once or twice instead of the 10+ times
that I was having to in the past couple of weeks. Although that changes
this from an absolute show-stopper to an annoyance, I am still
interested to see if there is a solution short of waiting for 10.10 and
the new kernel. Are there people who have tried kernel 2.6.33? Was it
to solve this issue?
