probably pretty much bug 207768. A workaround is described there in bug 207768 comment #4: Add smth like Defaults env_keep="no_proxy http_proxy XAUTHORIZATION XAUTHORITY TZ PS2 PS1 PATH MAIL LS_COLORS KRB5CCNAME HOSTNAME HOME DISPLAY COLORS" to your /etc/sudoers.
