Public bug reported:
I enabled desktop effects on feisty, and from that point on, single
mouse clicks were ignored, and any click-drag took a screenshot of the
selected area and saved it to the desktop. I used the keyboard to
navigate and disabled desktop effects and this made the problem go away
again.
