Thank you for the updated logs mike. In order to help debug this issue, can you clarify whether this is a resume, suspend or hibernate failure? Also, to provide as much information as possible, can you also follow the page at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspendHibernateResume and provide answers to all the questions on that page, and also provide all the extra requested logs and information from command outputs. From there we should be able to determine if the problem is the kernel, pm- utils or something else and look at getting this worked on. Thank you again.
