Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

When setting GNOME appearance to use a smaller font to save screen real
estate the menu on the right is adjusted as expected. Yet the text in
the panel remains much larger and the difference is amplified.

Software-Center should use default font sizes in the main panel or size
them relatively to the current default sizes.
