Public bug reported:

Since I've installed Kubuntu Lucid, I could start it two or three times.
Now, if I start Kubuntu, I either merely get a black screen or I get a
lot of error lines on my screen (I added "verbose" to the kernel
parameters myself so these messages appear). They say something like
this:

Then there is a non-blinking cursor and the system doesn't react anymore
and I have to reset it.

I have taken four photos for documentation:

All other operating systems on this PC (Windows XP, Ubuntu 8.04, Ubuntu
9.04, Fedora 12) work.

I also tried with the previous kernel that was installed originally, but
the result is the same.

If you need any further information, please don't hesitate to contact
me. I'd happy if I could use Ubuntu again.
