Public bug reported: Binary package hint: man-db
Newbie here ... I don't know what happened. I tried to install some dev software, and the first update blocked at 50%. No console output available ... so I shut down software installer. Suggested I "clean up" broken installs ... but not how to do that. Poking around, I could run a "partial update" ... so tried that. Tried to add the lucid dvd to the software source, it failed telling me to "apt-cdrom". Don't know what that is either. I'll get acquainted with this distro eventually.
