For the record, with 2.6.34-999.201005231006 I don't get the above message so I guess this bug can stay closed. However I have to use LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so with both skype and cheese, and I get: gspca: found int in endpoint: 0x82, buffer_len=8, interval=10 but that seems harmless.
