I did run the update-manager, and there's nothing to upgrade. This is as much information as I know how to get: 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc M52 [Mobility Radeon X1300] I believe I'm using the open source drivers (it's whatever Ubuntu 10.04 defaulted to). @Tim & Leo: any chance you're also using the open source ATI drivers?
I cannot find anything useful in any errors logs. Suggestions on where to look? My .xsession-errors also has the gnome-terminal error (which the original bug report references), but I think this is unrelated(?). I tried: cat /var/log/* | grep "qucs" and found nothing.
