Hi there, Indeed I used the autopackage version because it's the convenient way, no problem I will compile developer version and test it again.
But, right now I'm curious to test "real state" of Ubuntu [ in order to know what I can offer to non geeks potential users (administration / schools) - If the staff of Ubuntu don't like autopackage - for non geeks is gold, especially for easy management of packages. Maybe autopackage is not agreed because something inside is not "perfect" but regarding software installation for *nix'es > THIS way mus be encouraged ]. I'll report back if I'll encounter the same problem with the compiled version. 2007/3/22, Kees Cook <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > Thanks for the report, however, the autopackage build is not supported. > Please use the official archive's release of inkscape.
