Public bug reported:
When I use kernel 2.6.20-12, the syslog, messages and kernel.log files
receive repeatedly and continually messages and the error that you can
see in the snippet file called error_snippet.txt, that I have attached
to this report.
With kernel 2.6.17-11, the problem does not occur, but may be because
the cdroms do not get listed in the places menu.
I don't know for the previous 2.6.20 kernels, as my system was affected
by the 78288 bug.
I am also going to attach the output of dmesg, lspci -vv and lspci -vvn
to this report.
