I'm glad that you all show interest in Ubuntu and want the sound to work. And the more testing we can get, the better.
However, users not having exactly the same hardware and software are not guaranteed to suffer from the same bug, and in that case it is better to file a separate bug using "ubuntu-bug audio" or similar tools.
