I'm almost sure the bug is caused by - let's call it - NetworkManager icon inside Notification Area applet!
When you get your icons distorted right-click on the affected panel click "Properties". In "Panel Properties" change panel orientation to "Left" or "Right" and back to "Top" or "Bottom". In my case all icons are displayed properly, but one (mentioned above) is missing. Do not logout (as I did before) or reboot (as some of you did) please and confirm, if the trick with panel orientation worked for you, next time problem shows up :) -- icons in notification area distorted/wrongly placed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/578945 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
