Well I don't know because it's a different version of OO I am running now on Lucid (3.2)
I do have come across another bug which is very weird I will report it here if someone's care about it, because in a way it is related (and because I do have the impression that Impress bugs are not so important to the community that I wonder if it's worth reporting them and how many people makes presentation for work with Impress like me). If you use the oracle presenter console with the two slides mode it works nice but if you switch with the view including notes then when you play a video the audio is not playing well (kind of a echo).
