This is a generic message that is printed out when attempting to list a bucket that does not exist. Suppressing this warning will lead to situations where the admin is trying to debug why a certain bucket is not available and there is nothing in the logs that indicates failure. The client tools do the right thing when they receive a 404 Not Found. This is the expected behavior and is highly unlikely to be "fixed."
