I just finished installing Ubuntu 10.04 from scratch using ISO burned to
CD and reinstalled applications and user data from backups. Current
status of Evolution deadlock bug has changed to Evolution vanishing from
existence when checking for new mail. I believe there is a
communication issue with the keyring manager based on GDB captures of
the crash. In Ubuntu 9.10 the bug was an Evolution deadlock with fade-
to-gray forever and in Ubuntu 10.04 Evolution crashes and vanishes from
existence. Composing an email at the time of crash results in the email
editor vanishing from existence as well. Auto recover of emails in
composition prior to the crash will get most of your data back when
Evolution is restarted. This is not exactly great behaviour for
fundamental computer usage such as email. Anyone have any suggestions
or fixes?

Evolution occasionally locks up during send/receive email causing draft emails
in editor to lock up as well
